This cost covers all postage and packaging.

We use Parcelforce as we have found they look after our boxes and they also deliver direct to the mailrooms on camp. Although Parcelforce, is mostly very reliable there are certain times when due to issues beyond their control, the parcel does not arrive within the 48hr timeline, we at The Medal Box Company are not held responsible for late deliveries.

When your box is dispatched you will receive tracking code via email and SMS text to a mobile telephone number you provided us with, when you placed your order.

Wallet Deliveries

Wallet and other smaller items will be dispatched via The Post Office, all items are sent first Class, proof of postage at a cost of £3.95 UK and £6.50 EU.
